About juan Carlos Carmona

Where It All Begins

Mexican endurance racer, Nürburgring coach, and 2025 N24 GT4 podium finisher chasing GT3 glory in the Green Hell.

THE DRIVER BEHIND THE HELMET

SELF-MADE. BATTLE-TESTED. BUILT FOR THE RING.

Juan Carlos Carmona Chávez is a Mexican racing driver, Nürburgring specialist, and 2025 N24 GT4 podium finisher chasing GT3 glory in the Green Hell.

Born in Mexico City in 1986, Juan Carlos didn’t follow the traditional motorsport path. No karting at age five. No family dynasty. No factory backing. He built every step of his career through relentless preparation, family sacrifice, and the kind of stubborn conviction that turns outsiders into podium finishers.

In 2015, he won the Nissan GT Academy for Mexico at Silverstone, proving that raw talent transcends traditional pathways. A decade later, he stood on the podium at the 54th running of the world’s most demanding endurance race. The next chapter is GT3 at the 2026 Nürburgring 24 Hours, the first Mexican to race in the top class at the Green Hell.

COACHING THAT COMES FROM THE SEAT

Juan Carlos has been an instructor at the Nürburgring and Spa-Francorchamps since 2012, coaching drivers from their first lap on the Nordschleife to competitive pace in GT-class cars. His coaching style is built on the same principle that drove his own career: every driver deserves a direct path to getting faster, backed by someone who has actually raced the track they’re teaching.

He has trained future Red Bull Junior Team talent, corporate executives, close-protection drivers, and complete beginners. The format changes. The standard doesn’t.
